INVESTMENT & PAYMENT

A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the wedding date.

Your event date is not officially reserved until both:

• A signed agreement

• Retainer payment have been received

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

Accepted payment methods: Venmo and PayPal

Pricing is based on services requested and confirmed prior to the event.

A custom quote outlining the total investment will be provided to the Client before booking.

REQUIREMENT
To reserve our services, one of the following minimums must be met:

 

• Bridal Hair: 1 bridal hair service + 2 additional hair services

• Bridal Makeup: 1 bridal makeup service + 2 additional makeup services

• Bridal Hair & Makeup: 1 bridal hair service and 1 bridal makeup service + 2 additional hair services and 2 additional makeup services

please submit an inquiry form under "contact us" to request this service. Rate: $350, with travel included within the Austin and Dripping Springs areas.

ADDITIONAL FEES & CONSIDERATIONS

To ensure a seamless and elevated experience, the following may apply based on your wedding day details:

Early Start Fee

Services beginning before 7:00 AM will incur an early start fee of $100 per artist.

Assistant Fee
An assistant may be required for larger parties or condensed timelines. A fee of $100 per assistant will apply if needed.

Additional Wedding Day Services
Any additional services requested on the wedding day are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee.

SCHEDULING

A detailed schedule will be provided prior to the wedding day.

All clients must be present and ready at their scheduled time to ensure a seamless experience.

TRAVEL

Travel is calculated based on the distance from Jonestown, Texas.
A custom travel fee will be applied to locations outside of our standard service area.
Final travel costs will be confirmed prior to booking and included in your total investment.

CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances and reserves the date exclusively for Client. If Client cancels, the retainer is forfeited; cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event require payment of the full remaining balance.

If Artist must cancel due to illness or circumstances beyond Artist's control, Artist will make reasonable efforts to secure a comparable replacement artist, subject to Client's approval. If none can be arranged, Artist's sole liability is a refund of amounts paid, issued within ten (10) days. All cancellation notices must be in writing by email and confirmed by phone.

Artist reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately for any breach of its terms, including non-payment, in which case all payments are forfeited.

LIABILITY

Bride and Jen is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or any complications resulting from services provided.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or sensitivities prior to services.

PHOTO RELEASE

Bride and Jen reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during services for portfolio, website, and social media use unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

MEALS & BREAKS

For services scheduled between 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM , a meal is kindly requested for each artist.

Providing a meal allows our team to maintain the highest level of service throughout your event. A vendor meal or the same meal provided to the bridal party is perfectly acceptable.

Meals should be provided during a scheduled break.

If a meal is not provided for events extending through standard meal times, a meal fee may be added to the final balance.
